US to pass law for more money and wars for Israel

The ambitious goal to be formally designated as the United States' "major strategic ally" is apparently on the agenda at the annual American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee gathering that's kicking off in Washington, known as AIPAC. If the plan becomes legislation, it could oblige the US to support Israel diplomatically and militarily if it strikes Iran. 

Robert Naiman (JEW), policy director at Just Foreign Policy, says that it could also exempt Israel from any reduction in foreign aid that might result from budget cuts.

French court orders Twitter to ID anti- Semites

A French appeals court has upheld a lower court’s ruling which ordered Twitter to divulge details of users who posted anti-Semitic content.

Israel bombs Syria and their servants remain silent about it

Israel Passes Law Banning Undocumented Immigrants From Sending Money Out Of The Country

The law, passed Monday and aimed at deterring emigration from Africa, was originally proposed in late 2012. It forbids the withdrawing of funds by immigrants, dubbed “illegal infiltrators," in amounts larger than twice the minimum wage he or she earned during their time in Israel times the number of months they were in Israel, according to the original press release from October.

The immigrants, many of them migrant workers, would be able to extract the remainder of their funds once they return to their home countries.

Israel starts learning the taste of diversity

Egypt Resumes Isolation of Gaza

Egypt is using explosives to destroy the openings of the tunnels west of the Rafah border crossing. Gaza sources told the news agency that the closing of the tunnels has resulted in a rise in the price of goods that used to be brought into the Hamas-controlled area via the tunnels.
