Truth is no defence: it is "racist" to inspect or demonstrate racial differences

Advances in genetic sequencing are giving rise to a new era of scientific racism, despite decades of efforts to reverse attitudes used to justify the slave trade and Nazi theology, experts said on Friday.


New forms of discrimination, known as neoracism, are taking hold in scientific research, spreading the belief that races exist and are different in terms of biology, behavior and culture, according to anthropologists who spoke at the annual American Association for the Advancement of Science conference in Chicago.

"Genome science can help us a lot in the individualization of medical practice," said Nina Jablonski, an anthropology professor at The Pennsylvania State University.

But she warned that science could be "misused" to propagate the belief that people inherently have different abilities based on skin color or ethnic background.

Meanwhile, it is OK for Israel to genetically test applicants to citizenship that they belong to Jewish race. This IS NOT racist: this is just insuring "Israel's survival as a JEWISH state". How about Europe's survival as an European state? This IS racist. 

Demjanjuk expert: no need to prove single deeds in mass murder case

A Russian (or Ukrainian, as you prefer) accused of having been an "Ivan the Terrible" against Jews during the Holocaust, after decades of being demonized and dragged to court, after being cleared by an ISRAELI COURT, stands once again accused of the same "crimes" in the new "democratic Germany. This time, however, there is "no need to prove single deeds in mass murder case", but... how can mass murder be proven without recourse to single deeds. This sheds light to the quality of the trial, which stands entirely in the tradition of Soviet trials. In favor of Soviet trials, however, at least they bothered to make the accused "confess" of his alleged crimes before sentencing, which in a way legitimized the outcome of the trial. In this case, a trial can continue with NO PROOF AT ALL (no need for proof as well as no confession required), standing on nothing but political expediency.

Holocaust denier Fredrick Toben to serve time in jail

HOLOCAUST denier Fredrick Toben has been taken into custody to serve a three-month jail term over publishing offensive material on the internet.

The 64-year-old was taken from the Federal Court in Adelaide by Australian Federal Police today after losing his appeal against his conviction for contempt of court.

The Full Court of the Federal Court also ruled that his jail term, originally imposed in May this year, was in no way excessive.

"In our opinion, the sentence of three months cannot, on any stretch of the imagination, be considered excessive or unwarranted," the three-judge panel said.

The judges said Toben also had a disregard for the orders of the court and had acted to undermine the authority of the court.

Earlier this year, Toben was found guilty on 24 counts of contempt for ignoring a previous court order preventing him from publishing racist material on the Adelaide Institute website. When he later imposed a three-month sentence, Justice Bruce Lander said Toben had continued to breach those 2002 orders, which prevented him from publishing specific anti-Semitic material.

The 2002 orders stemmed from a racial discrimination case brought against him by Jeremy Jones, a former president of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry.

In his final submissions today, counsel for Toben, David Perkins, suggested the material published on the Adelaide Institute website, which questioned whether the holocaust even occurred, was just a "drop in the bucket" compared to the amount of revisionist material available on the internet.

But in their verdict, the judges said the case before them was not about the holocaust, gas chambers or the execution of Jews during World War II. They said it was about whether or not Toben had complied with orders of the court.

"Obedience to the court is not optional," they said.

As the court rose, Toben asked if he could say something to the judges, only to be cut off by Justice Jeffrey Spender who simply said, "No".

German Patriots Turn Selves In For 'Holocaust Doubting'

To my dear comrades in the struggle for a free Germany in a free Europe. The appeal of my self-accusation trial begins on 26 May.  The corpus delicti of my original show trial was my sending copies of Germar Rudolf's Lectures on the Holocaust through the mail.  At the end of that trial I was sentenced to eight months in prison, even though I provided proof that the contents of Rudolf's book are factual.

All my evidentiary motions were summarily rejected, as is inevitably the case in inquisitorial trials. In Germany, we no longer have court trials conducted according to the established rules of a nation of laws. Today, we have tribunals that follow the principles of the "Holy Inquisition," or Nuremberg show trials..

In response to the convictions of freedom fighters Germar Rudolf, Ernst Zündel, Sylvia Stolz and Horst Mahler, I sent copies of Rudolf's book to Lea Rosh, Wolfgang Benz and Ernst Nolte in November 2007 and filed a legal complaint against myself for the "criminal act" of "Doubting Holocaust." This was my first contribution to the national effort of demolishing the historical lies that have devastated our country for three generations. As a true German, I feel obligated to assist and protect my fatherland and help it find its way back to the path of integrity.

Horst Mahler, who is 73 years old, was sentenced to 13 years in prison for the nonviolent offense of disseminating politically incorrect ideals. This amounts to a life sentence for a truly Orwellian crime. Mahler's sentence illustrates better than anything else the imperative to struggle against the lies of Germany's vicious enemies. What is at stake here is not just an abstract struggle for human rights, but the very survival of our nation. Phony guilt has been inculcated into our Volk and outrageous lies are killing the soul of the German people.  As a German I have resorted to our inalienable right of self-defense in opposing these devastating lies of our sworn enemies.

It is an honor for me and my comrades to state the truth on behalf of our country and to go to prison if need be. Our descendants will thank us for what we are doing.

The following dates have been set for my upcoming appeal trial:First date: 26 May 2009 at 13:00 O'clock, Courtroom 820, Tiergarten District Court.
Second date: 09 June 2009 at 09:00 O'clock, same courtroom.

Let me add that no act of intimidation is too perfidious for the Berlin District Attorney. 

In the course of my defense in my first trial I was indicted on additional charges for including empirical facts in my evidentiary motions, the mere mentioning of which is a criminal offense.
It is now a crime to defend oneself in court! This gives a glimpse into the infinite nature of official repression and injustice in Germany! It is still more evidence, if more evidence is needed, that "Holocaust" jurisprudence is purest tyranny. The defendant is allowed no defense at all -- all attempts are automatically converted into additional criminal charges!

Our justice system has abolished itself and mutated into an immense criminal enterprise. I pray that God will have mercy on these high-and-mighty despots in black robes. They are going to need it!
